Jeffrey Campbell
I'm a big Jeffrey Campbell fan! Well, I love the t-bar sandal and the lace-up bootie, but today I came across the cut out mary-jane wooden wedges. WOW! I'm in love.
I spent most of winter 2011 oohing and aahing over the sandals I mentioned before... wait, lemme show you...
Now I will be drooling over the next pair of Jeffrey Campbell's but I doubt I'll stumble across these babies anywhere. I wish I could buy them in SA.

Anyway, I finally managed to get a pair of Jeffrey Campbell lookalikes over December. I was pretty psyched. I got them at Legit for something like R179 (super cheap) and they're so comfy. I love heels *smile*
Aren't they gorgeous? Or is that just me!

Your Brain at Work
The year has just about kicked off and I am already TIRED! I'm a personal assistant to two executives at Coca-Cola. I enjoy my job although I wish it wasn't as taxing as it is. I am hoping that January is just exceptionally busy and not an indicator of the rest of the year... that would be very scary.
I found this book, "Your brain at work" by David Rock on a colleague's desk and proceeded to read the first "scene" as it's called in this book.
"Emily is at her desk by eight o'clock. She turns on her computer, ready to flesh out this new conference idea. But as one hundred emails download, a wave of anxiety washes over her. Answering emails alone could take all day, but she also has hours of meetings booked and three projects due by six o' clock."
I read those lines and so related. Hence this is what I am currently reading. I am hoping it will give me insights on how to organise my days at work better. Wish me luck.

It's all so NEW
Well, here goes my first post. I've been contemplating starting my own blog for months now, but I have always been too scared. It's a new year and thought I might as well start now.
Firstly, I didn't know what to call it because in reality I still don't know what it will be about. I talk a lot and dwindle off the point fairly often... bear with me. I will try to improve.
I think to be safe I'll probably start off with fashion and products and I'll share things that find interesting.
These pics were taken last year in June. A friend was testing her lense and I was the very willing subject.
